100		Fully recovered. Normal activity level with no symptoms.
90		Normal activity level with mild symptoms at times.
80		Near normal activity level with regular but mild symptoms.
70		Some difficulty with cognitive and/or upright (sitting or standing) activities. Mostly mild symptoms.
60		Able to do about 6-7 hours of upright and/or cognitive activity a day. Mostly mild to moderate symptoms.
50		Able to do about 4-5 hours a day of upright and/or cognitive activity. Symptoms mostly moderate.
40		Able to leave house up to 5 days a week but with only 3-4 hours of upright and/or cognitive activity a day. Moderate symptoms.
30		Able to leave home up to twice per week. Moderate to severe symptoms. Limited to 2 hours a day of upright and/or cognitive activity with rests.
20		Able to leave home up to once per week. Moderate to severe symptoms. May need assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing or showering, dressing, getting in and out of bed or a chair, walking, using the toilet, and eating). Limited to an hour or less of upright and/or cognitive activity a day.
10		Able to leave home only occasionally. Severe symptoms and limits. Often needs assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
0		Bedridden. Needs assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
